"Empowering low resource communities through education, infrastructure, and research."

Our business model begins when a community member begins renting out her/his bathroom unit to neighbors who pay a small fee to use the micro-flush toilet, shower, or laundry sink. Customers pay via a locked box kept outside of the unit. Our partner NGOs in Bolivia collect these boxes on a monthly basis and impart a certain percentage of the profit to the bathroom unit owner. Thus, local micro-businesses spawn, while simultaneously providing bathroom facilities for those we have not been able to reach yet.
This is a new program of ours; we are currently overseeing 3 such operations, facilitating the collection of money boxes, logging data for monthly financial gains of each participating household, and monitoring which services are most desired by members of the community.
